Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) – Terms and Responsibilities

At Fortress Risk Management, we recognize that responsible security operations begin with a thorough understanding of the environment in which projects are implemented. Terms of Reference:
The EIA process involves identifying, predicting, and evaluating the potential environmental, social, and security impacts of proposed projects before implementation. It is guided by principles of sustainability, prevention, and compliance with environmental laws and policies. The scope of work includes baseline environmental studies, stakeholder consultations, risk analysis, mitigation planning, and the preparation of a comprehensive Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).
